Kath is Head of Adult Social Care (Turnaround and Management) at HLTH Compliance, bringing extensive experience across domiciliary care, residential services, and complex care environments. She has held senior leadership roles including Operations Manager and Registered Manager, where she developed strong expertise in governance, regulatory compliance, service turnaround, and team leadership.

In her role at HLTH Compliance, Kath leads our Adult Social Care Interim and Crisis Support service, overseeing projects where providers are facing regulatory pressure, leadership gaps, or operational challenges. She works closely with clients, associates, and internal teams to stabilise services, implement robust governance frameworks, and drive measurable improvement. With a structured and hands-on approach, Kath ensures services are supported effectively, risks are addressed promptly, and providers are positioned for sustained compliance and positive outcomes.
