Who we hire
Our team comes from the front line of health and social care. We are most interested in people with experience like theirs:
- Registered Managers, Operations Managers and Responsible Individuals from adult social care and children's services
- Nurses, GPs, dental professionals and other clinicians with an interest in governance and compliance
- Former inspectors and specialist advisors from CQC and Ofsted
- HR and health and safety professionals from regulated healthcare
- Operations and client coordinators with an NHS or care background
