About HLTH Compliance
Compliance support from clinicians, registered managers and a former CQC Specialist Advisor
HLTH Compliance is a UK provider of health and social care compliance for CQC and Ofsted regulated providers, from a team of clinicians, registered managers and healthcare specialists.
Who we are
We provide compliance support across CQC and Ofsted compliance, HR, health and safety, compliance software, recruitment, training and business support. Our collective experience means we deliver practical support for every kind of CQC and Ofsted regulated provider, whether they are new or established and whatever challenges they face now or next.
We work with new providers through registration and set-up, prepare existing providers for their next inspection, support them after a disappointing one, and help them put compliant processes, documentation and governance in place for the long term.
What we cover
- CQC registration, compliance support and mock inspections
- Notices, enforcement and special measures support
- Ofsted registration and children's services support
- Governance and board assurance for groups and trusts
- HR consultancy for regulated care providers
- Health and safety audits and consultancy
- CQC and Care Inspectorate training
- HLTH Manage, our compliance and HR software
Our vision and values
The choices made in the next five to ten years will define the healthcare sector for a generation. Pressure on the NHS, and on the wider sector, is rising. That brings new providers into the market to meet demand, more scrutiny of those providers from the Care Quality Commission, and a need for every provider to modernise quickly.
That is where we come in. We aim to stay a step ahead of the framework and regulatory changes at the CQC and the wider evolution of the sector, with software-enabled compliance support that protects providers now and prepares them for what is coming.
