Compliant growth for health and care providers

Win the clients and staff you need, with marketing that stands up to an inspector

HLTH is a CQC compliance consultancy, so we start from the rules you are inspected against. We run your marketing, social media and recruitment, check every claim against your registration and the advertising rules, and HLTH Manage comes with every plan.

Marketing a care service takes time you don't have. And every page, listing and advert has rules behind it, from CQC to the advertising codes. Get one wrong and it's a compliance problem.

On screen: five marketing jobs and the rule behind each. Your website: your CQC rating on show, once rated. Google and directory listings: only the services you are registered for. Adverts: the ASA's CAP Code. Job adverts: honest about pay and hours. Social media posts: claims you can back up. An advert calling a home the best care home in the Dales is flagged.

HLTH takes it off your plate. We run your marketing, and our compliance team, including a former CQC inspector, checks every claim before it goes live. On screen, each job is marked as checked by HLTH.

Your website goes from this… to this. On screen: the website of Brackenmoor House, a made-up care home. The old site says it is CQC approved and the best care home in the Dales, and takes enquiries by phone in office hours only. The new site says it is registered with CQC and not yet inspected, and has an Arrange a visit button, an AI enquiry assistant, a family's review and a careers link.

Honest about your registration, easy to enquire, and answered day and night.

Your Instagram goes from the odd post to a feed that looks like the home you run. On screen, a sporadic feed of clip-art posts, last posted nine weeks ago, becomes a consistent feed of the home's garden, meals, activities and job adverts: planned with you each month, written from your own news, and checked before it goes out.

Social media, adverts, recruitment, an AI enquiry desk, and HLTH Manage, our compliance software, in every plan.

So you can focus on what matters: your residents or patients, and your business.

Why marketing a care service is a compliance job

In health and social care, the way you market your service is regulated too. Once you are rated, your current CQC rating has to be on your website. Registration on its own is not a badge of quality, and CQC says so. A new location has to be added to your registration before you provide care there, and CQC does not treat a virtual office as a location. Your adverts sit under the ASA's CAP Code, and clinics face extra limits, such as the ban on advertising prescription-only medicines to the public.

A marketing agency can grow your enquiries and leave you exposed. We do both halves: the growth, and the check that every page, listing, advert and claim stands up to an inspector and to the advertising rules.

What you get that a marketing agency can't give you

  • Every claim checked by HLTH's compliance team, which includes a former CQC inspector, before it goes live
  • HLTH Manage in every plan: your policies, staff records and CQC evidence in one place, and the source of the proof in your marketing
  • Social media run for you: posts written from your own news and evidence, and checked before they go out
  • Recruitment adverts that are honest about hours and pay, and a safe recruitment checklist for every hire
  • AI to do the heavy lifting on content, adverts and enquiries, with a person signing off everything that goes out
  • One team for registration, variations, inspection readiness and growth, so your marketing never runs ahead of what you are registered to provide

Before and after

Brackenmoor House is a made-up care home. Drag the handle, or use the arrow keys, to see its website and Instagram before and after.

A website that is honest and easy to enquire on

Before: “CQC approved”, a claim it could not back up, and enquiries by phone in office hours only. Here is what we changed.

  • Messaging reworked around what families actually ask
  • Every claim checked against its registration and the advertising rules
  • Landing pages for each service and location, built to convert
  • Tracking on every call, form and booking, so we know what works
  • Ongoing conversion testing to turn more visits into enquiries
  • An AI enquiry desk that answers day and night
Brackenmoor House's old website: a cluttered page calling itself CQC approved and the best care home in the Dales, taking enquiries by phone in office hours only. Three problems are flagged in red.
Brackenmoor House's new website: a calm design that says it is registered with CQC and not yet inspected, with an Arrange a visit button, a family's review, a careers link and an AI enquiry chat.

A feed that looks like the home you run

Before: the odd post, whenever someone found the time. Here is what we changed.

  • A content plan agreed with the home each month
  • Posts written from its own news, people and events
  • Designed in the home's own colours and style
  • Every post checked by our compliance team before it goes out
  • Comments and messages answered for you

Brackenmoor House's new Instagram: a consistent feed of the garden, meals, activities, a job advert and a family's quote, in the home's own colours.

HLTH Manage comes with every plan

HLTH's compliance, HR and day-to-day management platform. It keeps your service ready for inspection, keeps your staff records in order, and holds the evidence your marketing is built from. No extra charge.

  • Ready for inspection

Evidence filed against CQC's quality statements, so you can see what is covered and what is missing before an inspector does.

  • Policies people have actually read

Policies issued to every member of staff to read and sign, with a running count of who has and who has not.

  • HR in the same place

Staff records, supervisions, appraisals, training and leave. Sensitive details are locked, and every opening is logged.

  • One list for the day

Everything overdue or due in the next two weeks, from fire door checks to DBS renewals, in one place you can search.

Compliant Growth Audit

For providers already up and running: a fixed-price review of how you win work today and where it leaves you exposed. If you join a plan within 30 days, the fee comes off your first month.

  1. Compliance check

We review your website, Google listings, directory profiles, adverts and any rating or award claims against your CQC registration, Regulation 20A and the advertising rules, and list every risk in priority order.

  2. Growth review

We look at where your enquiries, referrals and contracts come from today, what they cost you, and where you are losing them.

  3. Evidence you can use

We find the compliance evidence you already hold that should be working as marketing, from your rating to your audit results and staff training.

  4. A 90-day plan

You get a prioritised plan: what to fix first, what to stop, and what will bring in the most clients or contracts for the money. Yours to keep, whether or not you work with us.

Opening a new location or service?

A new location has to be added to your registration before you provide care there, and CQC says the change must be granted before you make it. We handle both halves. Our registration team prepares and files the variation, and the launch for the new location is built while CQC decides, ready to switch on the day it is granted.

Nothing goes live for care you are not yet registered to provide, and nothing waits once you are.

Where AI fits, and where it does not

We use AI where it saves you money without adding risk: drafting content and adverts from your evidence, answering enquiries out of hours, and spotting new tenders. Nothing written by AI is published or sent without a person at HLTH checking it first.

Personal and health information is handled under UK GDPR, and the AI enquiry desk only collects what your team needs to call the enquirer back.

Compliant growth: common questions

Do we need to be an existing HLTH client?
No. Existing clients get the most from it because we already know your service and evidence, but the audit and plans are open to any CQC-registered provider.
Is HLTH Manage included, or extra?
Included. HLTH Manage, HLTH's compliance, HR and day-to-day management software, comes with every plan. It is where your policies, staff records and CQC evidence live, and where the proof in your marketing comes from.
How does social media pricing work?
You choose how many channels we run and how many posts a month in the plan builder, and the price updates as you go. Every post is written from your own news and evidence and checked by our compliance team before it goes out.
Can you guarantee more clients or contracts?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee enquiries, occupancy or a tender result. We report every month on what the work brings in, so you can judge it on results.
Who owns the website, adverts and accounts?
You do. Your website, Google and social accounts stay in your name, and you keep them if you stop working with us.
Can you market a new location before it is registered?
We build the launch while CQC considers your variation and switch it on the day it is granted, so you never advertise care you cannot yet legally provide. Our registration team can handle the application itself.
How do you handle our CQC rating in our marketing?
Once you are rated, Regulation 20A means your current rating and its date must be on your website, and CQC's guidance gives you 21 calendar days from publication to show it. We update your website and listings when a new rating is published, using CQC's own promotional graphics rather than its logo.
Is advertising spend included?
No. Advertising spend is paid directly by you to Google or the social platform, so you can see exactly where every pound goes.
How long do we sign up for?
An initial three months, then month to month. If you stop, you keep the website, accounts and everything we built for you.
